Occasional Quercus oleiodes to 8 m, abundant Byrsonima crassifolia up to 2 m forms shrub layer, 20% shrub cover. 80% ground cover by grass tussocks, 15-50cm in height with abundant Cassytha filiformis. Frequent Byrsonima crassifolia 1 m, occasional Acoelorraphe wrightii 3-5 m, Curatella americana 1.5 m, rare Quercus oleoides (1 m) & Gliricidia sepium 2.5 m (<5%).
