Fruit a green cylindrical capsule to 0.7cm x 0.4cm. Habitat: Common in semi shade on a dry stony steep North East facing hillside of dense mixed woodland with Pinus koraiensis, Abies nephrolepis, Betula dahurica and Acer caudatum ssp. ukurunduense. Fruit a green/brown cylindrical capsule to 1.5cm x 0.5cm. Habitat: Common in full sun on the East edge of lake under stunted forest of Quercus mongolica.
