Description: Stocky shrub with corky stem. Leaves thick with coarse white hairs on upper surface. Flowers in leaf axils, densely white-hairy in bud. Calyx green, tubular, briefly 3-lobed at apex. Corolla light green, densely white hairy externally, lobes pointing forwards, mouth of corolla barely open, anthers just visible. Filaments and anthers white. Nectary white. Ovary, style and stigma light green. Stigma large, bilobed.
