Habitat: In loam filled pockets in limestone boulders in mixed deciduous forest with bamboo.
Description: Rosette herbs growly densely on rocks. Leaves mid green above, paler beneath with brown hairs. Peduncles reddish brown. Pedicels whitish. Calyx brown. Base of corolla tube and all of ventral surface white, rest of dorsal tube and lobes purple. Filaments white, anthers yellow. Ovary pale green. Style white.
