Description: Terrestrial perennial herb. Leafy shoot 32.5-66cm with 3-4 leaves, the first 34.5-53.5cm from the base. Sheaths reticulate. Ligule 3-4mm long, apex bilobed, pubescent. Petiole 1-3.5cm long, pubescent. Leaves 20-47 x 9-15.5 cm, elliptic to obovate, deeply corrugated, glabrous on upper surface, pubescent on lower surface, base cuneate to attenuate, unequal, apex apiculate, twisted. Inflorescence 13.4-16cm long. Flower 4-5cm long, dark yellow; labellum 45-48 x 25-30mm, obovate, apex obscurely trilobed, dark yellow with tiny red dots; anther crest 8 x 6 mm, yellow with tiny red dots, trilobed, central lobe shallowly bilobed; ovary 5-6 x3-6mm, straw-coloured, densely pubescent,
