Habitat: limestone ravine and on the pine clad slopes, well sheltered often in deep shade,under bushes, ledges and boulders or in ditches. The limestone soil is generall covered in pine needles or leaf mould.
Description: A much bigger plant in all its parts than no. 514. Whole plant hairy, caylx and bracts quite different. Meal on the leaves brillliant silver.
