Habitat: mixed dipterocarp forest
Description: Shrub 1.5m high. Leaves coarse-sandpapery to the touch. Calyx with short scales, green. Flowers small, only 2 cm across; petals 5 pale purple-pink, stamens 10 with short corrugate-edged connective, filaments white, anthers yellow and erect.
