Description: Leafy shoot c. 1m, in clump. Rhizome green when exposed to light, to 4mm in diameter. Base to 10mm, pale brownish green. Sheath mid green. Ligule 1mm, brown. Lamina sessile, c. 24 x 2.5cm, plain green. Inflorescence c. 5.5cm with c. 20 flowers. Peduncle 2cm more or less exposed; peduncular bracts green. Bracts green with brown margin. Bracteole purplish brown. Calyx reddish brown with 3 green bands aligned with centre of lobes. Corolla cream; lobes yellow-green. Labellum lateral lobes yellow-green completely enclosing stamen; central lobe yellow, broad emarginate. Stamen cream, crest with a narrow yellow-green margin. Stigma white.
