Habitat: Natural stony pasture at seashore
Description: Plants in full flower. Leaves dull green above, pale green beneath with a purplish midrib. Outer phyllaries recurved both in flower-bud and in the fully expanded flower; inner phyllaries adpressed simple at the apex (not gibbous or appendaged). Corolla yellow, striped purple beneath in the outer florets. Styles and its two recurved branches yellow.
