Description: Plants in full flower. Leaves dull green above, pale green beneath with a purplish midrib. Outer phyllaries adpressed in flower-bud , but spreading in the fully opened flowers. inner phyllaries adpressed, simple at the apex (not gibous or appendaged). Corolla yellow & striped purplish beneath in the outer florets. Styles and [?] [tan?] recoiled branches yellow
