Description: Sprawling herb to 30cm high. Stem green, woody at base, pilose. Leaves: upperside rugose, shortly hispid, green with burgundy veins; underside paler than upper surface. Inflorescence with white glabrous bracts. Male flower: pedicel white, tepals white, filaments white, anthers burgundy, pollen white. Female flower: pedicel pale green, ovary whitish green, tepals white, stigmas pale yellow.
