Habitat: Thin soil overlying steep granite. Savannah scrub, bare soil, sparse grasses, shrubs and herbs, scattered trees.
Description: Approx. 5 clumps over 10m x 10m.
Miscellaneous notes: Probably the same as RL12, but more fresh fertile fronds. Own photos, not David's.
