Collecting locality: Belize:Corozal:Isolated Eleocharis marsh 2 Km South of Sarteneja road, halfway between Sarteneja & Chunox; 1 Km East of Cowpen track.
Latitude: 18°16'10''N, Longitude: 88°16'13''W
Habitat: Open Eleocharis marsh in seasonal, deciduous forest on limestone. Marsh dominated by Eleocharis sp., open water at centre with abundant Nymphaea ampla & fringed by frequent Dalbergia glabra, occasional Crescentia cujete, Acoelorraphe wrightii & Cameraria latifolia, growing on limestone outcrops.
Description: Occasional sedge in limestone crevices & damp mud at edge of Eleocharis marsh.
