Collecting locality: Belize:Orange Walk:Approximatey 3km south of Rio Bravo Conservation Hill Bank Research Station.
Latitude: 17°35'48''N, Longitude: 88°42'6''W
Habitat: Broad leaf, dense forest, high canopy (up to 30m), swampy in places, dominated by Palm (Roystonea regia), with emergent Terminalia amazonia and many vines. Substrate moist and peaty and covered in lots of leaf litter.
Description: Tree, 25m. 14.3cm diamater trunk (measurement taken 1.5m from the ground).
