Habitat: Very wet forest with abundant epiphytes.
Description: Shrub, to 1.5m tall. Abaxial leaf surface green; sometimes green with reddish tinge. Calyx lobes red; slightly cucullate. Corolla tubular; light red with white splotches (appearing like crabmeat). Flowers in axillary clusters below leaves. Flowers resupinate. Nectary a bilobed gland on lower surface.
