Collecting locality: Colombia:Departamento de Boyacá:El Humbo, 130 miles due north of Bogota.
Description: Height: 30-150 ft, diameter 1-5 ft, flowers without odor, tiniest flower imaginable growing out of a green mass somewhat after the style of the Cauliflower. Fruits also. material collected: Flowering and fruiting stems. A very staining milky white substance flows very freely from a cut stem somewhat similar to the Rubber tree. This is the favourite food of Bonaparte's Parrakeet.
