Collecting locality: Australia:Victoria:Eastern Highlands. Ca. 2.5 km north-west of Howitt Hut on the road to Macalister River headwaters, ca. 1 km south-east of turnoff to Macalister Springs
Habitat: Roadside; cleared areas near semi-closed snowgum woodland or in the shade of the snowgums in low shrub stratum and grassy undergrowth.
Description: A large population; forming showy-flowered clumps with ascending stems branched at ground level. Corollas with variation of colour and depth of striations.
