Description: Flowers in umbellate truss, 10--15 flowers per truss. Flowers short tubular campanulate. Corolla 10--25 x 20-30 mm; lobes 5, margins flat. Flower-buds green. Corolla inside and out yellow, group 8A (1995). Calyx 1 mm, green. Anthers brown. Leaves elliptic-obovate elliptic at base, apex shortly acuminate; indumentum scales, silver when young maturing to pale brown. Plant 1 x 0.5 m. Flowering period irregular, spring. Hardiness tender.
