Habitat: west facing ridge with sandstone outcrops and summit plateau. Open scrub, low woodland and marsh.
Description: Bushy shrub to 1.75m with trunk to 5cm in diameter, with hard wood. Leaves slightly aromatic, rather coriaceous and rigid, dark green above, whitish grey beneath with darker veins. Calyx very pale green. Corolla bright deep pink without pattern, haris within, white principally along style groove and in a ring above ovary. No stylopodium.
