Habitat: moist, shady ledges of cliffs in side valleys
Description: Plant of 1-2 ft., flowers green, with a very rank odour. calyx subequally 4-lobes, not bilabiate, venation reticulate. Calyx lobes roundish ovate, apiculate exceeding the short corolla. Cor. 10mm long, slightly bilab. with 5 roundish lobes. Stamens 4, 2 fertile at mouth of cor. tube w. hairy filaments, 2 smaller and rudimentary almost sessile at base of tube
