Habitat: Gilbertiodendron dewevrei forest
Description: Herb, leafy shoot 1.5m high, leaves purple below. Fruiting inflorescence stems 1m 10cm high. Fruits bright red dehiscing to reveal pale brown seeds surrounded by orange fibres.
