Collecting locality: Indonesia:South Sulawesi [Sulawesi Selatan]:Enrekang District:Latimojong Mountains; valley c. 1.5km to the north of Bunte Tjejeng (1.5 km from Base Camp).
Habitat: Mixed Oak - Podocarpus montane forest; on heavy loam and stone, steep landslip above the stream; deep shade.
Description: Shrub to 2.5m; spreading-erect; leaves thick, veins prominent, dark green above, paler beneath; flowers pendulous, singly in leaf axils but also in cauliflorous fascicles; calyx maroon; corolla very pale yellow to cream; style white, stigma light green; stamens cream.
