Habitat: Growing in manmade clearing in grass and herb sward.
Description: Tree with open branching habit to 11m. DBH 15cm. Bark has light longitudinal ridges, trunk sounds hollow. Flowering leafless, flowers bright yellow. Immature fruits bright green, filled with seeds covered in silky hairs.
