Habitat: Sand; Vegetation: Secondary regrowth among remnants of primary rain forest
Description: Large liana, at least 40m long, 25m high in tree; trunk 8cm diam; wood pale yellow with pale browndots; bark dark brown, on transverse section pale brown; calyx and inflorscence pale green; corolla pale yellow, withering black, corona contracted; branchlets terete or nerely so, dark green, main axe terete, dark green; leaves corieaceous, dark green matt and with pale impressed veins above, medium green and with pale green midrib and matt to dull beneath, margin revolute; young leaves paler.
