Habitat: Mainly along valley bottoms, but also on rocky north limestone slopes. Associated with Quercu., Pistacia atlantic., Amygdalus scoparia etc.
Description: Very large trees with spreading branches at least 10 m tall and broad
Miscellaneous notes: Undoubtedly wild and relict here - said to grow nowhwere else in the area
