Habitat: In more open habitats in short grass within secondary coastal Valdivian rainforest. Dominants include Laureliopsis philippian., Drimys winter., Saxegothaea conspicu., Podocarpus nubigenu., Rhapithamnus spinosu., Lomatia ferrugine., Amomyrtus lum., A. mel., Luma apiculata and Myrceugenia obtus.. Deeply shaded.
Description: Annual to 80cm but usually much shorter; flowers pink. Plant very common
