Habitat: Growing in the heavier soils near snow.
Description: A perennial with a big taproot. Leaves shiny green, stems purple. Flowers pale pink, sweet scented, dioecious.
Miscellaneous notes: Not common, appears to be able to survive for years under the snow without growing. Germinated.
