Collecting locality: Saudi Arabia:Red sand dunes SW of Zabirah, 200 km N of Buraydah.
Habitat: Among big sand dunes.
Description: Parasite on _Caligonum commosum_. Hairy spike to 16 cm. Large pale blue flowers with white throat, 2 cm x 5 cm across. Sweet scent.
