Habitat: Dampish area on hillside track in oakwood, leading to abandoned quarry.
Description: Growing in a patch of E. pedunculare (abundantly naturalised hereabouts) covering about 1 square metre. Other Epilobium ssp present - E. montanum and E. obscurum. Specimen had stigma with confused partial lobing. Flowers light pink, c. 1.1 cm diameter, petals 7 mm long.
