Habitat: On the roadside margin of an area of cerrado senso stricto with trees to 8 m. tall.
Description: Small tree, 2.5 m tall, 3 cm dbh, with straw-coloured corky bark in furrowed to flutted pattern. Flowers ceamish green. Weedy species.
