Habitat: Crevices of limestone rocks.
Description: Common; tufts up to 30cm, slightly aromatic, leaves with discernable nerves; white farina; bracts coriaceous; flowers past but remain violet - one flower fresh purplish to purplish violet. Local name - mamera; used as an eye medicine.
