Habitat: Amongst dwarf Rhododendron in rocky open valleys
Description: Note the tufted habit, rhizome etc. Not attacked by fungus. Very similar to large pink Primula but posesses rhizomes instead of bulbs and grows in much drier situations. The latter is a meadow-primula and does not exhibit this tufted habit
