Habitat: North-facing crevice of quartzite rock in river valley with frequent morning mist.
Description: Shallowly rooted in rock crevice. Stem with woody base. Herbaceous perennial, pendant/cascading growth form. Leaves discolourous. Capitula yellow, 8(-9) ray florets. Invol. bracts green, tips purple.
