Description: Rosulate plant to 15cms. high; petioles +/- erect to twice length of leaves; leaves ovate, margin crenate to 1.5 times as long as broad, indumentum of upper surface consisting of scattered short +/- forward directed hairs interspersed with numerous upright hairs 1/2 length of the scattered hairs. Inflorescence equal to or slightly longer than leaves, bearing up to 6 flowers, corolla violet mauve, the reverse slightly paler; fruit to 2cm long (4 x length of calyx), pubescent, hairs short, +/- forward directed
