Description: Evergreen shrub to 0.6M x 1.0M with lanceolate
leaves to 5cm x 1cm, mid green above, light green with brown
indumentum below. Fruit a brown ovoid capsule to 0.6cm x
0.3cm.
Habitat: Common in full sun on a stony South East facing
mountainside of open woodland of dwarf Pinus pumila, Picea
jezoensis, Rhododendron sikhotense and Vaccinium vitis-idaea. |
