Description: Deciduous spreading shrub to 1.2M with elliptic
leaves to 5cm x 3cm, mid green and hirsute above, light green
and hirsute below. Fruit a green ovoid/elliptic capsule to 1cm x
0.5cm
Habitat: Localised in full sun on cliff top in open mixed
woodland with Quercus mongolica and Pinus densiflora.
