Elev. 1540 m 25° 17.0" N, 98° 410 4517 B N facing 30-60° slope. Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest. Disturbed by felling. Degraded secondary forest and scrub with rice paddies at the bottom of the rivine along a stream. Terrestrial orchid. Flowers pale orange, darker on outside of lateral tepals. Common. Growing on steep open bank above road. In sandy clay on decomposed granite.
