Rosette perennial herb forming dense hummock
to 80cm wide, individual rosettes brittle !
and easily fragmenting; leaves golden yellow
lower half, green upper with yellow wale).
Female plants with short infloresence to
15cm, congested, barely above leaves; plants
exuding copious sticky white milky sap from
grazed leaf tips, solidifying on contact
with air.
