Vegetation: Betula pendula, Pinus sylvestris var. hamata and
Sorbus aucupana, Primula pseudoelatior
Habitat: Dry steep south facing mountainside of open mixed
woodland
Description: Deciduous shrub to 1.2m x 6m with narrow elliptic
leaf to 10cm x 2.5cm mid green and hirsute both above and
below, fruit a green narrow ovoid capsule to 2.2cm x 1cm.
