Schum. & Laut. best result on Airy Shaw; conspecific with 15014 Morobe Province, Kamiali Wildlife Management Area, near mouth of Saia River at Hessen Bay, alluvial flatland forest, sealevel, 07°21.7’S, 147°08.3’E. collection sequence 14834—875; subarborescent, ca. 5 m tall; leaves fleshy, shining both sides, medium green, underleaf puberulent on nerves; fruits drupaceous, light green, laxly hairy at the style otherwise glabrous, testa ridged. coll.: W.
