Elev. 3000 m 27° 48’ 47" N, 98° 30’ 18" E Deciduous broadleaf forest with scattered Abies and Larix. Spreading shrub ca. 4 m tall. Bark pale brown and exfoliating. Leaves abaxially with a rusty brown indumentum. Fruit with a rusty brown indumentum. Growing in humus in flat low area along river among small leaved deciduous broadleaved trees. Occasional.
