Davidse,G 2011 Flora of Belize Cyperaceae él elena Corozal: Isolated Eleocharis marsh 2 Km South of Sarteneja road, halfway between Sarteneja & Chunox; 1 Km East of Cowpen track. 18°16'10" N, 88°16'13" W Occasional sedge in limestone crevices & damp mud at edge of Eleocharis marsh. Open Eleocharis marsh in seasonal, deciduous forest on limestone. Marsh dominated by Eleocharis sp., open water at centre with abundant Nymphaea ampla & fringed by frequent Dalbergia glabra, occasional Crescentia cujete, Acoelorraphe wrightii & Cameraria latifolia, growing on limestone outcrops.
