Goodwin, Zoé A. 5" June 2011 cs} Flora of Belize pee J eee Eriocaulaceae 6 Stann Creek: Flour Camp Creek; c. 10 Km east of Southern Highway & Georgetown Technical High School along Belize Aquaculture Ltd access road, near start of Flour Camp Creek. 16°35'50" N, 88°25'06" W Rare minute herb in open damp sand with Drosera capillaris, Acisanthera crassipes & Utricularia spp.; black inflorescence with shiny silver bracts. Dense pine woodland savanna. Frequent Pinus caribaea 15 m, Byrsonima crassifolia 1-8 m, Curatella americana 3-5 m, occasional Quercus oleoides 1-8 m & Acoelorraphe wrightii 3 -5 m. Site burnt ca. 1 year previously.
