~5 km SW of Crooked Tree Village, 100 m west of western
lagoon, plot 2.
17° 44° 50.5" N 88° 34’ 2.5" W (WGS84)
Tropical, evergreen, broadleaf, seasonal, lowland forest
dominated by Guazuma ulmifolia, Lonchocarpus sp, Sebastiania
tuerckheimiana & Attalea cohune. Dense understory of
Sebastiania tuerckheimiana saplings & Piper jaquemontianum.
Altitude: ~20m
Open canopy 12 m in an area farmed within the last 30 years,
on limestone bedrock.
Frequent canopy liana.
