Elev. 1640 m : 25° 33' 2.6" N, 98° 40' 7.2" E W facing 10-30° slope Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest Disturbed by agriculture and felling. Degraded secondary forest and scrub with agricultural fields on lesser slopes. Shrub ca. 2 m tall. Flowers pink. Occasional. Growing in scrub. In clay on limestone.
