parallel with the Myanmar border to the W of the border crossing
at Baduolin Yakou (the pass into Myanmar at border marker 8),
Jiangao Shan ca. 10 direct km NE of Zizhi.. W of Gaoligong
Shan.

SW facing 30-60° slope
Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest
Undisturbed.
Forest dominated by Lithocarpus, Tsuga, Symplocos, and
Rhododendron.
Spindly shrub. Flowers pinkish purple. Occasional. Growing in
forest openings.
In loam on limestone.
