Pass near the Myanmar border, E side of Gaoligong Shan.
Elev. 3640 m 27> 12° 55" N, 98° 427 5° B
SE facing 10-30° slope.
Meadow. Undisturbed.
Wet meadow with dominants of Potentilla and Anemone
along with adjacent Rhododendron/bamboo thickets.
Shrub ca. 1 m tall. Flowers yellow. Young fruit green.
Common.
Growing among rocks on wet slope by stream.
In loam on granite.
