Canopy 16-20m, growing in association with Calophyllum brasiliense, Bursera simaruba & Metopium brownei. Altitude: 10m Shallow leaf litter, heavy brown soil over limestone bedrock, >36 yrs since farming. 18.2m tall tree, 15cm dbh with grey, cracked and brittle bark.
