Elev. 1900 m 24° 49' 53.5" N, 98° 34' 35.4" E NW facing 10-30° slope Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest Disturbed by agriculture and felling. Secondary forest dominated by Schima and Lithocarpus with remnants of better forest on some steep slopes below road. Tree ca. 8 m tall. Young fruit green. Persistent style green. Occasional. Growing at forest margin along road. In loam on decomposed granite.
