SE facing 10-30° slope.
Meadow. Undisturbed.
Wet meadow with dominants of Potentilla and Anemone
along with adjacent Rhododendron/bamboo thickets.
Shrub 0.8-1 m tall. Flowers reddish green. Stigma red.
Common.
Growing on wet slope by stream.
In humus on granite.
